We are an extremely dedicated and talented group of students who combine gymnastics, dance and stunting in order to produce a series of Championship winning and crowd pleasing routines.
The Nottingham Knights Cheerleading Squad are looking to recruit new squad members. We welcome athletes of all abilities and are committed to creating a successful team built around a family atmosphere, where members can stay fit whilst making life-long friends. Being part of the squad is truly an amazing experience.
The Varsity squad annually performs elaborate routines at the University’s Football, Ice Hockey, American Football and Rugby Union varsity games, and supports the teams at Hockey, Basketball and Swimming varsities.
Each member of the squad is also given the opportunity of applying for the competition squad who, at a complex senior level three standard, were recently awarded 1st place at the Future Cheer Championships for the second year running and ranked the highest University at National level. We also placed 2nd at the ICC National Championships in 2008 and 2009, outstanding achievements.
